These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 111 (the "Service"), provided by 222. By downloading, installing, or using 111, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Photogenerator Remini is rated for ages 13 and up. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 222 grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use 111 on devices that you own or control.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of 111
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer 111
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit 111 for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Use 111 in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
111, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is and remains the property of 222 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content (such as photos or text prompts) that you submit through 111. Output generated for you through the Service is provided for your personal use, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law and does not infringe on the rights of others.
When using AI-powered features of 111, you additionally agree not to:
- Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Generate deepfakes or content intended to deceive, defame, or impersonate real individuals without consent
- Generate content depicting child exploitation, non-consensual imagery, violence, or self-harm
- Generate hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
111 uses artificial intelligence to process and generate content. AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations. All AI-generated output is provided "as is," and 222 makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
111 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 222 does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.
111 may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price, unless the price has changed or you cancel beforehand.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Account Settings in the App Store. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription.
All payments are processed directly by Apple through your App Store account. 111 does not collect or store your payment card information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 111.
You agree to indemnify and hold 222 harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of 111 or your violation of these Terms.
222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue 111, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
222 may suspend or terminate your access to 111 at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using 111 at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Your continued use of 111 after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
